‘Your outsourced Legal and Governance Team’
We work with businesses of all sizes and with the individuals who own them and we also assist in-house law teams who need some extra capacity for a short period of time. They require competent, reliable and well-communicated legal advice from solicitors who make the effort to understand their businesses and their commercial aims.
We are a niche business law practice and provide all commercial law and governance services including contract review, drafting and negotiation, advice on setting up your business including setting up a limited company or partnership, shareholder’s agreements, terms of reference, delegations and assistance organising your boards and committees.
We also offer governance reviews for larger companies or charities/not for profits, board advisors, complaints handling, compliance and L1A US visas.
We are good value for money but also responsive, approachable and very highly experienced. Our retainer clients like being able to just pick up the phone or send us an email to answer their day-to-day questions knowing that this service is all included in the retainer fee.
